Working 2 part time jobs – On-air talent for a local radio station and master control operator at local PBS station. While not working, attended Central Wyoming College courses in the IT field.

Each day is different, but ensuring team productivity and customer satisfaction would be a brief description.
What’s the best thing about being a service manager?
Seeing those on my team succeed.
How do you define success?
Staying positive each day and knowing that at the end of the day, you gave it your best.
What do you like to do when you’re not at the office?
Whatever needs doing. If nothing needs done I am most likely binge watching something.
