Only one dealer in any market can achieve this elite recognition – and Capital Business Systems has earned that recognition. The Commitment to achieving PROs Elite 100 certification began with a complete assessment of our current service operations by the PROs executive team.

We achieved this certification by  completing training in Elite Practices, demonstrating the ability to achieve PROs ELITE Service metrics, and the willingness to have our ongoing results audited to insure consistent achievement of these metrics.

● We trained our Executive team in Customer-focused leadership and strategic planning skills.

● We trained our whole organization in Elite Customer Relations Management skills.
